Terms of sales

 
Prices

The prices listed in this catalog will include all taxes and Euros.
They are indicative and subject to change without notice.
The prices charged are those in force on the day of the order.

 
Payment

Payment is made to order:

- By credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard), BNP Secure Site / Mercanet
- By bank transfer
- Using Paypal

Ownership of manufactured goods is reserved to the vendor until full payment of the price.

 
Delivery

The company is committed to make every effort to deliver the products as soon as possible.
In case of delayed delivery, the customer may cancel the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or via the website in the "My Orders" within 60 business days after the date of delivery of the order.

The customer will then be refunded according to the terms of Article L.121-20-1 of the Consumer Code

 
Mode of delivery

In France, the delivery is made by mail.
Some parcels are too large or heavy (not sent by post) will be delivered by a carrier.
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must check the status of the parcel, its content and compliance.

If a package is damaged, the customer must reject it and request the immediate repprise carrier.

 
Terms freight

Any claim for non-compliance, failure or breakage to the delivery of the parcel deliveryman, must imperatively be noted on the delivery note and sent to the company that delivered the parcel with a copy of the reservations made within 48 hours after 'annotating of delivery.
In any case claims can not be taken into account if these conditions are not met.
The customer's responsibility and will be only fully engaged.
No claim can be made if the boxes are not open to receiving them in the presence of the deliveryman.

 
Shipping

The port is at the customer's expense.
It will be based on weight, volume.

 
Withdrawal period

Accordance with the law (art. L 121-16 of the Consumer Code), under the distance selling, the buyer of a product has a period of 7 days from the delivery of the order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund, without penalty, except the cost of return.
This period is extended until the next business day if the period in question expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, a holiday or day off.

 
Return of goods

In case of return, the port will be borne by the customer.
We do not exchange on used parts nor any reversal of parts have been mounted on vehicles.

 
In case of any conflict / Jurisdiction

In case of dispute, the court of Saint-Étienne be competent, however the customer can choose the court of his place of residence at the time of order.
